Article in TV Guide (Apr 17-23, 2006) In an anti-drug film from 1967 in two parts: October 1998 Kevin Tighe not only co-starred in Emergency!, but also directed several episodes. But when it all came to an end, he found himself "played out," so he went to New York and took some high-powered acting classes with Robert Lewis and Stella Adler, then did some acting on and off Broadway. In Matewan, he had his first opportunity to play a "bad guy." He also worked on an independent Canadian film, I Love A Man in Uniform, for which he won the Genie Award for "Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role". Other numerous film appearances include: In Cold Blood, Race the Sun, What's Eating Gilbert Grape, City of Hope, Another 48 Hours, and Road House. More recently he has appeared in the T.V. series Murder One as Detective Davy
Blaylock and on an episode of ER. |
